General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment
1. Scope of Application / Conclusion of the Contract
Our following Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment shall be applicable to all commercial transactions.Our Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment shall apply exclusively. We shall not accept terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from our Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment, unless we have given our express written consent to their application.
Collateral agreements, amendments to these terms and conditions as well as deviations from these terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing.
Our offers shall be subject to change without notice, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon. The contract shall come into being when we receive the order confirmation signed by the customer, but no later than when the customer takes receipt of the goods. In this case, the terms and conditions communicated to the customer shall apply.
2. Terms of Delivery
When creating your order, you can choose one of these delivery options:
- receive your purchase at our office in Latvia, Riga, Brivibas gatve 323 (no cash payment available, only bank transaction pre-payment with proof of transaction upon receiving the purchase) ;
- delivery with currier (pre-payment with bank transaction)
- delivery to a pick-up point (Omniva, DPD, SmartPost) (pre-payment with bank transaction)
According to DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL 52. paragraph:
| In the context of sales contracts, the delivery of goods can take place in various ways, either immediately or at a later date. If the parties have not agreed on a specific delivery date, the trader should deliver the goods as soon as possible, but in any event not later than 30 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. The rules regarding late delivery should also take into account goods to be manufactured or acquired specially for the consumer which cannot be reused by the trader without considerable loss. [..] |
When receiving purchase at our office:
You can receive your purchase without additional costs at our office in Latvia, Riga, Brivibas gatve 323
When choosing to receive your, please wait for approval e-mail that your purchase is ready to for pick-up.
When making a purchase, the items are reserved and kept in stock for 7 days. If in the mean time, you have not picked up your purchase, reservation is going to be canceled and items returned to the shop for sale.
You can receive your order only after you have received approval e-mail.
Delivery with Currier:
After order confirmation, we will contact you to take details on delivery time and address.
We will send out the order in 5 working days from the payment has been received.
Delivery costs:
- Riga, Latvia 6€
- Order over 75€ – for FREE
Delivery to pick-up point:
We will send out the order in 5 working days from the payment has been received to your designated pick-up point.
Delivery costs:
- S Pack – 4,99 EUR ; M – 6,99 EUR ; L – 9,99 EUR
- Order over 75€ – for FREE
Canceling the order:
- You can cancel your order any time, including 14 days after you have received the order.
- Order must be returned in same shape and form as it was delivered, with no damage to the goods.
- Return can be made to our office Latvia, Riga, Brivibas gatve 323 for FREE or sent by currier at customer expenses.
